An offering developed in stages around users' needs
The medical prototype develops several products from a shared knowledge base. The use and revenue sources of education packages, professional content, public-facing apps and potential advice services are planned for each user group.
Planned product range
| User group | Product or service | Planned revenue source |
|---|---|---|
| Students and early-career doctors | An interactive education package, case exercises and practice tasks. | Subscriptions and sales of individual content packages. |
| Education providers and organisations | Educational content for teaching, induction and continuing professional development. | Organisational user licences. |
| Other healthcare professionals | Executive summaries adapted to professional needs. | Content packages, subscriptions and organisational licences. |
| The public | Plain-language health information in separate apps. | Planned free and paid content and access models. |
| Users who need professional support | Potential advice and remote-service access. | Service fees and partnership models to be defined during further development. |
The table describes development options. Pricing, service scope and launch plans will be refined as the project progresses.
Phased growth
Initial content and learning pathways are tested with defined target groups. User feedback helps assess which features, topics and content formats to develop next.
Later stages may expand professional content, organisational use, public-facing apps and potential service connections. The importance of user groups and the contribution of different products and revenue sources may change over time.
Development is planned around available resources. At this stage, we present the product family's structure and revenue opportunities.
Connection to the prototype
The same expert-developed content is structured at different levels and for different situations. Content maintenance, learning design and user journeys support one another as the product family develops.
Experience gained through the prototype can inform projects in new topics, language versions and other disciplines.
